Defence Management Journal

The 'Defence Management Journal – Dur Drishti' has been serving as a beacon of knowledge for strategic and management insights for over five decades. The Defence Management Journal is a double-blind peer reviewed, flagship publication of the CDM. The Journal was instituted as the 'Defence Manager' in 1974, and later rechristened as the 'Defence Management Journal (DMJ) – Dur Drishti' in 2011. The journal has been providing readers with thought-provoking research on the most contemporary issues in defence and strategic management. The Defence Management Journal was being published as a bi-annual publication w.e.f year 1974 to Sep 2024. The periodicity of the publication has been revised from bi-annual to quarterly w.e.f June 2025 edition.
